Resin Casting uses a silicone or rubber mold that is taken from a master model. The resin then is poured into that mold to make highly detailed and accurate copies of that model. The master model can be your own new creation or an already existing part you want to duplicate.
With the extensive experience making molds and parts with this process, I am able to offer mold making as well as production services for your project. May it be replicating antique and out of stock spare parts, complicated small run plastic parts or new product with specific material needs not being met by 3d printing or other manufacturing process.
Resin Casting
3D-Printing was my first design and manufacturing process I had access to after hand tools. That was over 15 years ago. Today Additive Manufacturing has grown from a niche process for early prototyping to directly manufacturing finished products ready for delivery to the customer.
At 3DHirn I can directly print our parts or products with the FFF/FDM process. Or together with my partners through any other Additive Manufacturing process, tailored to your and your specific needs.

With my background in mechanical engineering and through past projects both private and commercial, I gained a deep understanding of mechanical engineering and design, as well as how to overcome the hurdles of prototyping and small run manufacturing.
